This professional practical basic first aid, bls & cpr training is outlined to run for 1 day or 2 days, but fully packed with all the essential basic skills, knowledge, ability and techniques necessary to make you a competent, proficient & qualified hse/first aider.

Course contents/topics highlights:
• definition of first aid/who is a first aider and qualities of a good first aider
• first aid & items in first aid box
• cpr/chain of survival
• scene survey/ initial assessment
• victim assessment sequence
• bandages and dressing
• basic first aid for wounds
• bleeding control
• shock
• burns

• fractures/dislocation
• heart attack
• amputation
• stroke (brian attack)

Duration of training:
1 or 2 days – (5 to 6 hours of fully 100% practical training)
