a4: the primary duties of the house keeper are to clean the common areas, dispose waste, wash cars and to ensure seamless management of the kitchen & store. Minor errands outside this are allowed but not at the detriment of his/her primary duties.
q5: will the living room be converted to a bedroom?
a5: no, we do not convert our living rooms to bedrooms.
q6: how is the car park?
a6: large enough to park cars in a way that you don't have to reverse for anyone.
